By accessing or using the ConvertARW website platform (convertarw.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This service is developed and operated under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia (Samarinda, East Kalimantan).
2Service Description & 100% Client-Side Privacy
ConvertARW provides high-performance photo conversion for Sony camera RAW (.ARW), HEIC, JPG, PNG, and WEBP directly in your web browser (Client-Side WASM / JavaScript Engine). All image decoding and full EXIF metadata preservation are executed locally on your device without ever uploading or storing files on remote servers.
3Account Registration & Daily Quotas
Free users receive a daily conversion quota (number of photos and maximum RAW file size limit in MB) that resets automatically every day at 00:00 WIB (UTC+7). Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
4Payment Terms & PRO Transactions
ConvertARW offers PRO Plan upgrades for high-volume conversion and unlimited daily batch quotas. Payments are securely processed through certified encrypted payment gateways (Stripe / QRIS / Bank Transfer).
5Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full refunds or manual quota adjustments are granted if payment was successful but PRO quota was not activated within 24 hours due to technical issues. Refund requests must be emailed to customercare@convertarw.com with the invoice number, proof of payment, and registered account email.
6Operator Information & Jurisdiction
ConvertARW is developed and operated in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, Indonesia (Postal Code 75124). Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website shall be settled amicably or under the jurisdiction of the courts in Samarinda, Indonesia.
