Clear guidelines regarding image copyright, privacy protection, file limits, and auto-cleanup policies.
1. Image Copyright & Ownership
Users are solely responsible for all uploaded images. Uploading copyrighted materials without permission is strictly prohibited. ConvertARW provides conversion processing tools and claims zero ownership of your files.
Users bear full responsibility for the copyright of uploaded photos.
ConvertARW never claims copyright over your photos.
Converted output is free to use for commercial purposes.
2. Privacy Policy & Data Handling
Your files are processed 100% locally in your browser memory. In server-conversion mode, uploaded files are processed strictly for conversion and never shared with third parties.
By default, conversion runs locally in browser (WebAssembly local RAM). Files are not sent to external servers.
Your photos are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
3. Terms of Service & Usage Disclaimer
Users assume full responsibility for uploaded content. Uploading malware or harmful scripts is strictly forbidden. The service is provided as-is without guarantee of 100% conversion perfection.
4. File Size & Batch Upload Limits
Maximum 50 MB per standard image (JPG, PNG, WEBP) and 100 MB per RAW camera file (.ARW). Batch processing is capped at 20 files per batch for optimal browser & server performance.

Rigorous MIME type and extension whitelisting prevents malicious script execution. Server uploads are stored in isolated, non-executable directories.
6. Automatic File Cleanup Policy
Client-side memory resources are cleared immediately upon file reset. Server-side temporary files are automatically and permanently purged after 30 minutes (max 24 hours).
